Careology and Entia Partner to Enhance Cancer Care Pathways

Careology has partnered with Entia to help cancer patients manage more of their treatment from home.Starting March 17, 2025, Entia’s at-home blood monitoring solution, Liberty, will integrate with Careology’s platform, enabling patients to conduct their own blood tests. This allows clinicians to remotely track treatment responses, improving oversight and early intervention.Paul Landau, Founder & CEO of Careology, said:
"A cancer diagnosis comes with a demanding schedule of appointments, which can be exhausting. By equipping patients with self-service tools, they gain more freedom while care teams monitor progress remotely. This partnership reduces pressure on healthcare systems, enhances patient experience, and optimizes outcomes."Careology’s platform, co-developed with oncology teams, supports patients in tracking symptoms, medication, and side effects while providing personalized care. Integrating Entia’s blood monitoring with other health indicators like temperature and heart rate gives clinical teams a more complete picture of a patient’s condition, allowing timely interventions.Entia’s Liberty service, designed for cancer patients, includes an at-home full blood count analyser, reducing hospital visits.Dr. Toby Basey-Fisher, CEO of Entia, said:
"This partnership empowers patients and enhances healthcare efficiency by integrating our technology with Careology’s platform, providing clinical teams with valuable insights."Developed in collaboration with The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Entia’s solution supports a more personalized approach to cancer care.In February 2025, Airedale NHS Foundation Trust adopted the Careology app following a successful bid from the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance innovation competition. Earlier, in September 2024, Careology partnered with the Ella Dawson Foundation and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust to offer tailored support for young people with cancer.Click here for the original news story.
