Hims & Hers Health, Inc. has announced its agreement to acquire ZAVA, a leading digital health platform serving over 1.3 million active customers across Europe. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company's international expansion strategy, strengthening its existing UK operations while establishing new market presence in Germany, France, and Ireland.

The strategic move brings together ZAVA's established European infrastructure with Hims & Hers' personalized healthcare approach. ZAVA's in-house medical team completed nearly 2.3 million consultations in 2024 across its four markets, demonstrating robust demand for digital health services in the region. The combined entity will deliver care across dermatology, weight loss, sexual health, and mental health, with services provided by local healthcare professionals in British, German, and French languages.
