Kyan Health, a digital health company focused on transforming workplace mental well-being, has raised $16.7 million in funding to expand its AI-powered platform globally. The funding includes a seed round led by Amplo VC and a Series A round led by Swisscom Ventures, supporting Kyan’s mission to revolutionize how companies manage employee mental health.
Despite significant spending on workplace wellness programs, many organizations struggle to address employee mental health effectively. Kyan Health, co-founded by experts in AI, healthcare, and business, aims to change this by treating employee well-being as a strategic investment through a proactive, data-driven approach.
The platform features Kai, an AI-powered care navigator that connects employees with personalized resources like crisis support, coaching, and counseling. It ensures privacy with end-to-end encryption and does not share personal data with employers. Additionally, Kyan provides organizations with aggregated insights to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and address mental health challenges proactively.
