Oracle Health, Cleveland Clinic, and G42 have announced a strategic partnership to develop an AI-based healthcare delivery platform designed to improve patient outcomes and transform public health management. By combining Oracle's cloud infrastructure, AI data platform, and health applications with Cleveland Clinic’s clinical expertise and G42’s strengths in sovereign AI infrastructure, health data integration, and clinical AI models, the initiative aims to create secure, scalable, and intelligent healthcare solutions that support proactive care and precision medicine. Initially focused on the U.S. and United Arab Emirates, the platform will address the needs of aging populations and rising chronic disease burdens, delivering high-quality, affordable care globally.
The AI-driven system will continuously analyze population and public health data in real-time, providing actionable clinical intelligence to healthcare providers. This will empower clinicians and administrators with deeper insights into patient populations, helping them improve outcomes and reduce costs. By breaking down silos between clinical care and research, the platform will also accelerate life sciences innovation, enabling easier identification and enrollment of clinical trial candidates and offering researchers real-world data to optimize therapies and patient safety.
This collaboration is designed to deliver a next-generation healthcare infrastructure rooted in data privacy, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency. It sets a new standard for global care models by enhancing diagnostics, personalizing treatments, and supporting value-based care across diverse health systems.
Oracle Executive Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison emphasized the transformative potential of AI in healthcare, while Cleveland Clinic CEO Tom Mihaljevic highlighted the moral responsibility to develop solutions that improve global wellness. G42 CEO Peng Xiao framed the partnership as a critical step in building a new health intelligence fabric that unites science, technology, and equity.
With decades of collaboration between Cleveland Clinic and the UAE already in place, including through Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, this new venture represents a powerful public-private initiative to reshape healthcare delivery. Though currently governed by a non-binding agreement, the partnership sets a precedent for how data-driven innovation can redefine the future of health.
