Julie Lambert serves as the President and General Manager of Inovalon’s Provider business unit. In this role, Ms. Lambert leads the organization that delivers cloud-based SaaS solutions to tens of thousands of provider organizations across the country empowering them to achieve better outcomes and economics for their organizations and the millions of patients that they serve. Ms. Lambert leads and is responsible for the management, product portfolio, sales, customer success, operations, and the overall performance of the provider business. Prior to her role as President and General Manager, Ms. Lambert was the Senior Vice President of the provider division’s customer success and operations team, where her customer-centric approach drove significant improvement to a wide array of operational metrics, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
