Hackensack Meridian Partners with K Health for 24/7 Virtual Primary Care Service

Hackensack Meridian Health has teamed up with K Health to introduce HMH 24/7, a virtual primary care app that integrates both virtual and in-person care for chronic, preventive, and urgent medical needs. The service will allow patients to access care through AI-powered technology, streamlining intake processes and connecting them with physicians who use the same electronic medical records system as Hackensack’s physical locations. This ensures smooth transitions between virtual consultations and in-person visits.


The partnership aims to address the growing demand for hybrid care models. HMH 24/7 will help alleviate administrative burdens and enhance the continuity of care by offering patients an integrated experience for lab tests, screenings, and more complex treatments. Hackensack Meridian Health CEO Robert Garrett emphasized the importance of adapting to evolving patient needs while maintaining high-quality care delivery.


K Health, known for its AI-driven solutions, has partnered with major healthcare organizations, including Cedars-Sinai and Mayo Clinic, to scale virtual care.
