Kipu Health, a leader in behavioral health technology, has announced the acquisition of Hatch Compliance, a compliance and risk management software provider for behavioral health organizations. This acquisition integrates Hatch’s Compliance Management System (CMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) into Kipu’s platform, enhancing its governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) capabilities. By automating compliance processes and providing consulting services, Hatch significantly reduces administrative burdens, allowing organizations to focus on improving operational efficiency and patient care.

Kipu CEO Carina Edwards emphasized the acquisition’s role in expanding their all-encompassing platform to meet the regulatory challenges of behavioral health providers. Hatch Compliance CEO Mike Lifshotz shared his excitement, noting that the partnership strengthens their ability to support organizations in navigating the complex regulatory environment.
