Gil Addo, CEO of RubiconMD, is driven by his passion for improving access to medical expertise, for everyone, regardless of who they are, or where they live. Gil launched RubiconMD in 2013 alongside his cofounder Carlos Reines to develop the first-ever eConsult platform for quality specialty care, enabling primary care clinicians to virtually consult with specialists, without requiring patients to travel or wait for the next available appointment. In October 2021, RubiconMD was acquired by Oak Street Health and is now an independent wholly-owned subsidiary of their organization. Today, Gil is leading the organization as they expand product offerings well beyond eConsults and into virtual collaborative specialty care, building a future where primary care clinicians and their patients will have access to a variety of specialists for guidance on optimal care plans, in the convenience of the primary care setting.

Anna has had a lifelong passion for mental health, and she founded Brave Health to expand access to the types of care that have helped her since adolescence. Prior to Brave Health, she was an operations executive at General Assembly, a global organization that helps adults gain new technology skills. There, she led a team that quintupled the business in 3 years, and has since grown it to 30 locations serving over 70,000 students. Anna has a B.A. from Columbia, a graduate certificate in Addiction Recovery from the University of Florida, and an M.S. in Psychology from Walden University.

Roshan Navagamuwa is EVP and CIO for CVS Health, leading all areas of the Information Technology organization. The IT organization encompasses software development, technology operations and innovation for the company. Prior to his current role, Mr. Navagamuwa was SVP, Client Services, responsible for onboarding new Pharmacy Benefits Management clients and managing ongoing capabilities across benefits plan designs, eligibility and clinical solutions for CVS Health’s PBM clients. Prior to that Mr. Navagamuwa played a leadership role in the company’s Government Services and Technology divisions between 2013 and 2015. He led both business and technology operations teams, helping drive operational excellence and a growth-oriented agenda for our Medicare Part D and Medicaid services.Mr. Navagamuwa joined CVS Health in September 2012 as an IT executive. Priorto CVS Health, he was VP, Application Hosting Services at Aon.

Nancy currently serves on the Boards of Cricket Health, Firefly Health, Groups Recover Together, Maven, and Unite US. Nancy is also actively involved with Noom and Wayspring. Prior investments include Limeade (ASX: LME).Prior to joining Oak HC/FT, Nancy was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for McKesson Technology Solutions. Previously, Nancy was Chief Growth Officer at MedVentive, which was acquired by McKesson in 2012. Before joining MedVentive, she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development as well as Senior Vice President of Clinical Service of athenahealth.Prior to joining athenahealth in 2004, she was a Senior Vice President at McKesson Corporation, focused on marketing and strategic planning.

During her final year at Livongo, Dr. Schneider was instrumental in leading the company through the largest consumer digital health IPO in history, a secondary offering and a convertible debt offering that raised over $540 million, in addition to the industry’s largest merger ever between Livongo and Teladoc Health, valuing Livongo at $18.5 billion and beginning a new era of consumer centric virtual care. Currently, Dr. Schneider is on the Board of the Health Assurance Acquisition, Board of the Revolution Healthcare Acquisition, Board of Cityblock Health, and CEO/Co-Founder of Homeward. Dr. Schneider has been honored by Modern Healthcare as one of the 50 Most Influential Clinical Executives and Fierce Healthcare as Women of Influence for her work empowering women and modeling diversity and inclusion.
