Colin Quinn is the Founder and CEO of Included Health. Included Health is reimagining the way healthcare should be delivered to diverse populations. Today, Included Health is focused on creating a better healthcare experience for members of the LGBTQ+ community by connecting members to inclusive providers who understand their unique health needs. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, he understands firsthand the challenges members of the LGBTQ+ community face navigating their healthcare. He is passionate about raising care equality for underserved patient populations.

In May 2021, Included Health was acquired by Grand Rounds Health and Doctor on Demand. He lives in New York City and enjoys traveling (when allowed), reading and staying active through sports, hiking and Barry’s Bootcamp. Colin received his undergraduate degree in Finance at Butler University and has an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Kirkley is the chief medical officer and co-founder of Plume, the first digital health company dedicated to the transgender community which provides gender-affirming medical care at the convenience of a smart phone. She completed medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her family medicine residency at the University of Colorado and has taught widely on gender-affirming care across academic institutions and large clinic systems. Dr. Kirkley previously worked at Salud Family Health Centers in Colorado where she provided gender-affirming care in the context of primary care in a federally qualified health center. She has also been a recipient of gender-affirming care in various health systems as a woman of trans experience herself.

Kay Nikiforova (they/them) is the Head of Clinical at Violet, the first platform dedicated to benchmarking and educating clinicians on delivering culturally competent care. Kay is passionate about leveraging technology and advocacy to bring identity-centered mental health and healthcare to the forefront of innovation. They previously worked as an early employee at Oscar Health, overseeing behavioral health and serving as a champion for mental health innovation. Kay also advises startups and digital health organizations including Made of Millions, a global advocacy nonprofit on a mission to change how the world perceives mental health, and Halcyon Health, a full care continuum platform for substance use. They are currently pursuing their PhD in Clinical Psychology and developing a program of research focusing on LGBTQ+ and TGNC identities, cultural competence, alternative sexualities and relationships, and mental health literacy. Their identities and lived experiences greatly inform their work, as does their passion for a more equitable healthcare system.
