In her 5+ years at Sunbasket, she helped the company emerge as an industry leader in the Food as Medicine space. Notably, Lindsey co-authored a clinical trial that demonstrated improvements in Hba1c and quality of life using Sunbasket’s home-delivered medically-tailored meal solutions as a mode of behavior change intervention for patients living with diabetes.
