Misu Tasnim is the Director of Digital Services at The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. In this role she is responsible for leading digital modernization efforts at CMS which promote interoperability and public access to health data. Most recently she has been leading efforts to modernize the Medicare payment system. Misu has worked with CMS since 2013 and is passionate about using technology to improve healthcare.Prior to CMS, Misu served as an engineer at NASA and the IRS, on flight software, security engineering, and systems architecture. She then turned her focus to small businesses and startups, lending to a breadth of experience in government procurement, building effective teams, and scaling modern software development practices. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Natalie Davis is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of United States of Care. She has worked for nearly two decades shaping and implementing American health care policies to improve the lives of all people. In 2018, she and fellow national health care leader Andy Slavitt launched United States of Care to ensure that everyone in the country has access to quality, affordable health care regardless of health status, social need, or income. She is relentless in her person-centered approach to building health care solutions and has a history of building partnerships – with organizations, patient advocacy groups and everyday people – that work to create positive change in our country’s health care system.Natalie believes that it has never been more important to make our health care system work better for everyone. She is dedicated to bringing together leaders and advocates from across the country who can help create meaningful change in our nation’s inequitable health care system. She brings all her personal and professional experiences to the fight for better health care, working to expand access to quality, affordable health care to help people right now, while working towards durable federal policies centered on the needs of people to provide real and lasting solutions for everybody.

Jay Bhatt is a public health physician who has worked at national and local levels to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations, including by strengthening the design and delivery of care and public health. Currently, Dr. Bhatt is Chief Clinical Product Officer at a Medicaid ACO and Medicare Advantage Plan and has consulted on COVID-19 response for the Illinois Department of Public Health. Most recently, he served as SVP and Chief Medical Officer at the American Hospital Association as well as President of its subsidiary, the Health Research Educational Trust. He was focused on advancing health reform, health equity and the relationship between public health and health care delivery by translating on the ground experience to policy solutions, convening conversations on strategic issues among C-suite leadership, convening more than 1700 hospitals in 34 states to improve quality and safety, scaling leading practices and deploying a new model of care for older adults across all fifty states. Prior to that role, Dr. Bhatt served in Chicago during the Emanuel administration as Managing Deputy Commissioner at the Department of Public Health where he led the implementation of Healthy Chicago, the city's public health agenda, designed nationally recognized scalable approaches to using innovation to save lives, reimagine public health functions for efficiency and impact, and helped clinical teams deploy strategies to address the Ebola epidemic. He is an Aspen Health Innovator Fellow, serves on several community and national boards and an ABC News Medical Contributor. Dr. Bhatt is a National Health Service Corps Scholar, serving as an internist and geriatrician in underserved communities in Chicago. 

As the Vice President, Strategy Planning and Performance, Government Markets, Alicia is accountable for Blue Cross NC’s Government Markets’ go to market strategy, market performance, marketing strategy, product and performance innovation, and portfolio delivery. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, and the Federal Employee Program. Prior to that, she was the Director of Insights & Innovation at Blue Cross NC, where she was responsible for helping drive the company’s enterprise strategy and providing strategic counsel to the organization’s leadership team. In this role, Alicia’s teams synthesized and delivered relevant market and competitive intelligence insights to Blue Cross NC leadership, and driving the company’s enterprise innovation practice. Prior to coming to Blue Cross NC, she worked at a large academic medical center in NC for almost a decade, where she primarily focused on working with providers to design and implement team based population health strategies that included primary care physicians, specialists, community resources, and a range of other players across the healthcare continuum—all committed to practicing coordinated, high quality, patient centered care to yield the best outcomes.  Alicia believes that the future of healthcare hinges on the collaborative efforts of thought leaders across the ecosystem placing a strict focus on affordability, quality, health outcomes, and an exceptional experience. Her prior experience working with providers is critical to helping Blue Cross NC lead the charge to transform the healthcare system.

Dr. Marisa Rogers currently serves as the Executive Medical Director of the Atlantic Division of Oak Street Health, a national value-based care organization providing comprehensive primary care to patients with Medicare in low income communities. Before joining Oak Street Health, Dr. Rogers was an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Penn Medicine and served as Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine residency program and Co-Chair of the Health Equity Taskforce. She formerly served as Chief Medical Officer of Spectrum Health Services, a federally qualified community health center in Philadelphia. Dr. Rogers earned her medical and public health degrees from Emory University and trained in primary care Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
