Serving as EY's Global Health Leader, Aloha defines and oversees the execution of EY's global health solutions strategy as well as consults with commercial and federal health and wellness entities around the globe. Her technical areas of focus include strategic planning and transformation, smart hospital and health technology innovation, and performance optimization. Aloha has supported numerous health system transformations across the globe including the planning, design, development, outfitting, commissioning as well as decommissioning of several academic and military medical centers. She brings expertise in complex program, change and risk management as well as technology planning and innovation for large scale hospital transformation programs. She holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley and is PMP and LSS GB certified.

Warner Thomas was named President and CEO of Ochsner Health in 2012 after previously serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1998-2012. He is the CEO of Louisiana’s largest non-profit academic health system and its largest private employer.Today, Ochsner employs 25,000 employees and more than 1,300 employed physicians in over 90 medical specialties and subspecialties and conducts more than 700 clinical research studies. He also worked to launch innovationOchsner in 2015, an Ochsner lab designed to create health advancements to address national issues including chronic disease management, as well as to support and partner with companies working to revolutionize patient-centered care. Internally, Thomas spearheaded the creation of the Ochsner Learning Institute which provides free professional education for all Ochsner leaders to better prepare them to confront challenges, seek opportunity and ignite enthusiasm around best practices in healthcare.Thomas was appointed to the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission in 2014 where he continues to advise Congress on issues affecting Medicare. He has served as Chairman of the American Hospital Association Section for Health Systems Governing Council and is a past member of both the Board of the American Medical Group Association and the Association of American Medical Colleges Advisory Panel for Health Care and Council of Teaching Hospitals. Additionally, Thomas is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Louisiana Hospital Association board member and a member of both the Young Presidents Organization and New Orleans Business Council.Thomas received an undergraduate degree in accounting and computer information systems from New Hampshire College in Manchester, N.H., and his Master of Business Administration degree in 1994 from Boston University Graduate School of Management. He is also a certified public accountant.Thomas is a recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Distinguished Citizen Award, the Anti-Defamation League 2018 A.I. Botnick Torch of Liberty Award, and was named the 2017 CEO of the Year by Biz New Orleans magazine, one of Glassdoor Top CEOs in 2018 and one of Ernst &Young’s Entrepreneur Of The Year® in the Healthcare & Related Services category for the Gulf Coast Area in 2019.

Tania Elliott, MD, FAAAAI, FACAAI, is Chief Medical Officer, Virtual Care, Clinical & Network Services. In this role, Dr. Elliott is dedicated to advancing adoption of virtual visits and remote patient monitoring across the care continuum, and developing new care delivery models including hospital-level care at home.  A nationally recognized leader in digital health, Dr. Elliott previously served as Medical Director, Clinical Solutions, at Aetna, where she specialized in the development of innovative clinical programs incorporating the use of virtual care for cardiovascular disease, women’s health, and strategies for member engagement.  She is board certified in Allergy/Immunology and Internal Medicine. 

Jeffrey Brewer is the founder and CEO of Bigfoot Biomedical, a mission-driven Silicon Valley company dedicated to better health outcomes for people with insulin-requiring diabetes. Since his son’s T1D diagnosis at age seven, Jeffrey has been a thought leader and influencer across the diabetes community. As a volunteer, donor, and International Board Member for JDRF Intl., he launched the JDRF Artificial Pancreas Project in 2005, and later served as CEO of JDRF from 2010-2014. In the role of CEO, Jeffrey forged financial partnerships with industry to drive research and development of insulin delivery and glucose monitoring technologies. He spearheaded US regulatory reform in the area of automated insulin delivery, and elevated the organization’s strategic priorities to include health care policy, reimbursement, and access to technology. Prior to his work in diabetes, Jeffrey founded two successful technology start-ups - CitySearch and Overture / GoTo.com – both of which later became publicly traded companies. Jeffrey served as CEO of Overture, which was acquired by Yahoo! in 2002.

James Mault, MD, FACS, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BioIntelliSense, a Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform company designed for scalable remote patient monitoring and virtual care data services. Prior to becoming the Founder of BioIntelliSense, Dr. Mault served as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Qualcomm Life for over five years, where his leadership responsibilities included Strategic Planning and Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, New Product Innovation, Clinical Program and Regulatory Oversight, Health Policy and Government Affairs, Global Spokesperson and Public Relations. Dr. Mault came to Qualcomm Life through its 2013 acquisition of HealthyCircles, a Care Coordination and Remote Patient Monitoring Platform Company founded and led by Dr. Mault in 2009. Prior to starting HealthyCircles, he was the Medical the Health Solutions Group at Microsoft. Dr. Mault has more than 35 years of experience in senior executive positions in the Health IT and Medical Device industry as well as clinical medicine. He has founded five Health IT and medical device companies, raising over $150 million in working capital and leading these companies to develop novel devices and software technologies, FDA approvals, and strategic partnerships with numerous Fortune 500 companies, culminating in M&A and IPO exit transactions. He is the named inventor of over 80 issued and pending Patents for a variety of novel health IT and medical device innovations. He has been board- certified in both General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery, having specialized in heart and lung transplantation, thoracic oncology and critical care. He has conducted academic medical research under grant awards from the National Institutes of Health, American Cancer Society, and others. He is the author of more than 60 scientific articles, chapters and books in the published medical literature. Dr. Mault received his B.S. in Biology and Medical Degree from the University of Michigan and conducted his General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery residency training at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Mault provides global thought-leadership on the future of technology and healthcare delivery, serving on numerous Boards and leadership positions including the Board of Directors of Bose Corporation, member of the Board of Industry Leaders for the Consumer Technology Association’s (CTA) and Chairman Emeritus of the CTA Health & Fitness Technology Board. Dr. Mault also serves on the University of Michigan Medical School’s Admission Committee and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation.
