Rajeev Singh
Chairman & CEO @ Accolade

Rajeev Singh is Chairman and CEO at Accolade, the company reinventing healthcare so that every person can live their healthiest life. Accolade helps millions of people and their employers navigate the complexities of the healthcare system with empathy, expertise and through exceptional service while supporting them in lowering the cost of care and improving health outcomes. Rajeev and his leadership took Accolade public in July of 2020.

Rajeev previously co-founded and served as president and chief operating officer of Seattle-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) travel and expense management firm Concur, the eighth-largest SaaS company in the world. Under his leadership the company grew from $60 million in revenues to over $800 million in revenues before being acquired by SAP AG for $8.3 billion in 2014.

Rajeev’s desire to change the world extends into personal philanthropy. In March 2020, as the COVID pandemic unfolded, Rajeev rallied a group of like-minded donors to launch the #allinseattle initiative that raised funds for local organizations on the frontlines – providing food, shelter, and small business relief. The initiative raised $27 million in the first 72 hours. In 2021, as the tail end of the pandemic continues to hit countries such as India hard, Rajeev partnered with other Seattle-area leaders to raise $10 million for Seattle for India to send crucial healthcare supplies to address the crisis.

Rajeev graduated from Western Michigan University with a BSE. Today, he serves on the board of directors for: Avalara, a top provider of cloud-based tax compliance automation for businesses; Apptio, a SaaS technology business management solutions provider; Amperity, the world’s only Intelligent Customer Data Platform; Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation that raises funds to help every child live the healthiest and most fulfilling life possible.
