Tania Elliott, MD, FAAAAI, FACAAI, is Chief Medical Officer, Virtual Care, Clinical & Network Services. In this role, Dr. Elliott is dedicated to advancing adoption of virtual visits and remote patient monitoring across the care continuum, and developing new care delivery models including hospital-level care at home.  A nationally recognized leader in digital health, Dr. Elliott previously served as Medical Director, Clinical Solutions, at Aetna, where she specialized in the development of innovative clinical programs incorporating the use of virtual care for cardiovascular disease, women’s health, and strategies for member engagement.  She is board certified in Allergy/Immunology and Internal Medicine.

Kyna studied math and computer science at Harvard, graduating Summa Cum Laude at 19 years old, earning her PhD in economics at 23, and becoming an economics professor at Stanford University, focused on game theory and healthcare. She spent two years as a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Scholar in Health Policy at UC Berkeley and UCSF before founding Elation in 2010 with her brother and co-founder, Conan Fong. As a teenager, Kyna served as the full-time receptionist, billing staff, and office manager for her father, a primary care physician running his own medical practice. It was this work that inspired Kyna to create a technology that would allow physicians to provide care in the way they know is best for patients.
