Since Ro’s founding in 2017, Zachariah has guided the company’s growth from a telehealth platform treating a single condition into the only healthcare company in the country to seamlessly integrate nationwide telemedicine, in-home care, diagnostics, labs, and pharmacy services. Under Zachariah’s leadership, Ro continues to expand its direct-to-patient healthcare model that provides patients with high-quality, affordable healthcare without the need for insurance.Zachariah has been named Fortune’s 40 Under 40, Inc. Prior to co-founding Ro, Zachariah was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Prehype, a leading venture studio in New York City, and co-founded Shout, a marketplace platform. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Creative Writing from Columbia University.

Nancy Brown (HC), a General Partner at Oak HC/FT, joined the firm in 2014 and focuses on growth equity and early-stage venture opportunities in Healthcare. Nancy currently serves on the Boards of Cricket Health, Firefly Health, Groups Recover Together, Maven, and Unite US. Nancy is also actively involved with Noom and Wayspring. Prior investments include Limeade (ASX: LME).Prior to joining Oak HC/FT, Nancy was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for McKesson Technology Solutions. Previously, Nancy was Chief Growth Officer at MedVentive, which was acquired by McKesson in 2012. Before joining MedVentive, she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development as well as Senior Vice President of Clinical Service of athenahealth.Prior to joining athenahealth in 2004, she was a Senior Vice President at McKesson Corporation, focused on marketing and strategic planning. 

Tom is the CEO and visionary behind Galileo -- a next-generation health care delivery model designed for the future. Using innovative mobile technology and human-centered design, we’re looking to improve the quality and affordability of medical care for all.Prior to Galileo, Tom helped build One Medical into the leading primary care group in the country with over 70 locations across the US. In addition, he was responsible for mobile and web products at Epocrates, serving as Chief Medical Officer and lead designer.Tom is a board-certified internist who completed training at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital.  He received his BS from Yale University, MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Mandy Cohen, MD is Aledade’s Executive Vice President and the Chief Executive Officer of Aledade Care Solutions, the company’s new health services unit. Dr. Cohen was most recently the Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, where she led the state’s COVID response and transformation of North Carolina’s Medicaid program, focusing on whole-person care and the non-medical drivers of health. Dr. Cohen also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, helping to implement the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance exchanges and innovative new payment models. Dr. Cohen has been elected to the National Academy of Medicine and is an adjunct professor at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. Dr. Cohen received her MD from Yale University School of Medicine and her Master’s in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She trained in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.
