Christina Mainelli is a senior healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of healthcare delivery from payer to patient, including physical health, mental health, and social care. She has direct experience growing and scaling multiple high-growth businesses in healthcare services and technology. Christina serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Quartet Health, a platform focused on helping people get connected to the best possible mental healthcare. In this role, she is responsible for defining and executing Quartet’s strategy as it enters its next phase of growth in delivering access to high-quality behavioral healthcare for high-acuity patients.    Prior to Quartet, Christina was the Chief Operating Officer at Unite Us, a healthcare technology company that connects patients to social care.  In this role, she scaled the operations as it doubled its revenue and workforce while moving from an in-person to entirely remote delivery model.  Christina also served as the EVP and Chief Growth Officer at Beacon Health Options, the nation’s largest managed behavioral health company.  In this role, Christina ensured that Beacon’s long and short-term strategies resulted in client growth and retention.  While at Beacon, Christina played a leadership role in the sale of Beacon to Anthem, to further Anthem’s strategy of delivering whole-person care.    Prior to her role at Beacon, Christina held senior leadership roles at CareCentrix, where she served as the Senior Vice President of Post-Acute Care and the Chief Operating Officer for Sleep Management Solutions (SMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of CareCentrix. As COO, Christina had profit and loss ownership, led the company’s clinical and operational teams, and drove technology innovation. She led the organization through exponential growth and from a regional to national presence.   Christina also serves on the board of directors of Businessolver, a market-leading benefit administration technology company, as well as Eleanor Health, a company focused on addiction and mental health recovery.  Christina holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration from Yale University, where she also serves as a delegate on the Yale Alumni Association.

Dr. Justin Barad, a video game developer and pediatric orthopedic surgeon, is the CEO and co-founder of the award-winning virtual reality startup, Osso VR.While interning at Activision to become a video game developer, a family health incident flung Justin into the world of healthcare and changed the course of his academic career. It was during Justin's residency at UCLA when he began experiencing first hand, the significant challenges with surgical training for operative procedures. Today, Osso VR's technology is being used by leading university hospitals and medical device companies to train thousands of surgeons, on dozens of the latest surgical techniques, in over twenty countries. Justin received his Bioengineering degree from UC Berkeley, and an MD from UCLA, where he graduated first in his class. He completed his residency at UCLA and his fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at Harvard and Boston Children’s Hospital.Justin is a sought-after speaker and contributor. He has spoken at multiple conferences including TEDMED, CES, Exponential Medicine, and Health 2.0. He also currently serves as a member of the Consumer Technology Association’s Health Technology Division Board of Directors. He currently resides in sunny Northern California with his two Great Danes. In his free time, you can find him enthusiastically singing karaoke and searching for the perfect slice of pizza.

Taha Kass-Hout, MD, MS is Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), and leads AWS Health AI strategy and efforts. He led teams at Amazon responsible for developing the science, technology, and scale for Covid-19 lab testing, including Amazon’s first FDA authorization for testing our associates—later offered to the public for at-home testing. A physician and bioinformatician, Taha served two terms under President Obama, including the first Chief Health Informatics officer at the FDA. During this time as a public servant, he pioneered the use of emerging technologies and the cloud (the CDC’s electronic disease surveillance) and established widely accessible global data sharing platforms: openFDA, which enabled researchers and the public to search and analyze adverse events data, and precisionFDA, part of the Presidential Precision Medicine initiative. Taha holds Doctor of Medicine and Master of Science in biostatistics degrees from the University of Texas and completed clinical training in Interventional Cardiology at Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Cooper Zelnick serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Groups: Recover Together. He is responsible for expanding access to care through business development, marketing, value-based contracting & partner success. Previously, he served as Chief Strategy Officer, and as SVP, Corporate Development at Groups. Cooper was an Analyst at RRE Ventures in New York, where he focused on Financial Technology and Healthcare. He served as a Board Observer for ten portfolio companies, including Groups, OneDrop, Nomad Health, Redox, Workit Health, Avant Credit, Bread, and Clarity Money. Cooper graduated Williams College magna cum laude with a double major in English & History.
