Rani Khetarpal is Head of Value Based Care Partnerships at CVS Health where she leads the build and execution of innovative alternative payment models and risk arrangements. While she encompasses a diverse array of experience within the health care ecosystem, including commercial strategy, operations and market development, Rani's focus and area of expertise lies in designing and delivering patient centric, outcomes driven models that align provider and payer. Rani is the founder of Global Transitional Care (GTC), the first Medicare-approved provider organization centered on clinical transitional care, where she currently still serves on the board. Rani also serves on several non-profit boards, including the American Cancer Society, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and is on the Leadership Council of the Academy of Oncology Nurse Navigators (AONN+) and the Association of Chronic & Complex Care Nurse Navigators.

He also served as an adviser to Google Ventures.  Dr. Harris led the healthcare team in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as the Chief Health Care Finance Official, and served as the Chief Executive of the Massachusetts Medicaid program. Dr. Harris trained in internal medicine and primary care at Brigham and Women's Hospital. He is a graduate of Duke University, and the Wharton School of Business and the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where he serves as an adjunct professor. In addition, Dr. Harris is an Operating Partner at Deerfield.

He has written more than 50 peer-reviewed academic papers and contributed to four books, including as senior author of Understanding Value-Based Healthcare (McGraw-Hill). Prior to joining the Harvard faculty, Dr. Shah founded Costs of Care, an NGO that curates insights from clinicians and patients to help delivery systems provide better care. In 2017, he co-founded the March for Moms Association, a coalition of more than 20 leading organizations, to increase public and private investment in the wellbeing of mothers.
